At Dermago, we strive to provide you with a seamless experience. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our procedures for consultation processing & refunds.

Consultation Processing

  • Consultations are processed within 7 days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your consultation has been processed and answered.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: You may request a refund within the first 48hrs after sending your consultation request.

  • Non-Refundable: Refunds cannot be granted if a medical act has been conducted on your consultation, i.e. a medical personnel has given a diagnosis.

  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your consultation number and reason for the refund. Please allow 5 to 10 business days before payment is refunded; this is the standard lead time of our online payment solution provider.

Clinic Service Service Policy

Treatment of the consultation

  1. Consultations are included in the agenda when you call the clinic or when you book via the GO appointment platform. A deposit will also be taken at this time.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email once your consultation is scheduled.

  3. You will receive a reminder email 48 business hours before your appointment.

Missed appointments policy :

In accordance with the price scales established by the medical federations and the guidelines

ethics in force, a fee of $75 will be charged for any appointment of 60-day follow-up not respected or $150 for any consultation appointment not respected, except in the event of force majeure or serious unforeseen events.

This policy will be clearly communicated to you when you make your appointment. As well as the documentation that you will receive in the email 'Reminder of appointment' 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

These fees only apply if the 24-hour cancellation deadline has not been respected and if the reserved time could not be used for other professional activities.

We thank you for your understanding and remind you that cancellation within

delays allows us to better serve all of our patients.

-- If you need to cancel your appointment made by GOrendezvous, you can cancel your appointment yourself on the GOrdv platform via the confirmation email received when making your initial appointment or contact 581-666-1666.

-- To cancel an appointment made by telephone, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

The Company, concerned with the personal data of the Professional and its Clients, undertakes to ensure the conformity of processes, people and technology, respectively in its role as subcontractor and service provider, according to the Conditions of use, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, Canada), PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection, Ontario), PIPEDA (Law on the protection of personal information in the private sector including the new requirements of Law 25, Quebec) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, Europe). To do this, the Company has implemented strict internal policies regarding confidentiality and security, in order to guarantee an optimal level of protection of personal data collected by the Professional.
